The Senate and the House of Representatives are both in session for the next three weeks before the Fiscal Year ends on September 30th. Congress’ priority will be to fund the government through a continuing resolution (CR). While there is not currently a concern that a CR won’t be reached, there are difficult decisions to be made this month with regard to what else is attached to the CR.
