CMS extends its temporary moratorium on the enrollment of home health agencies and ambulance suppliers in selected geographic locations.
CMS has extended the temporary moratorium that it had imposed on the enrollment of new home health agencies and Part B ambulance suppliers. This moratorium has been in place for two years and with this notice, CMS has extended the moratorium for an additional 6 months.
