On July 1, CMS posted a proposed update to the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and Ambulatory Surgical Payment System (ASC) applicable for calendar year 2016. This proposed rule also updates requirements for the Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR) and ASC Quality Reporting (ASCQR) Programs.
