On October 31, 2014, CMS issued the CY 2015 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule. This release includes policy changes and payment rates (including rates for new codes) that would be effective as of January 1, 2015.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published the Final Rule which included payment rates and policy changes to the Physician Fee Schedule and other revisions to Medicare Part B. These policy changes and payment rates are effective as of January 1, 2015.
Comments on the proposed rules are due 60 days following the rules publication. The MPFS is expected to be published in the Federal Register on November 13th.
