WASHINGTON, DC (January 10, 2025) – McDermott+ is pleased to announce the promotions of three team members: Amy Kelbick and Erica Stocker have been promoted to senior director, and Marie Knoll has been promoted to manager.

Amy is a health policy and advocacy professional with more than 15 years of experience, including working on Capitol Hill in health-specific policy roles. She has also served as a lobbyist and health policy specialist for a major national advocacy association. Amy helps clients organize and pursue advocacy strategies, evaluate health policy proposals, and anticipate policy changes.
Erica is a skilled policy and advocacy professional with more than 20 years of experience, including nearly 10 years working on Capitol Hill in health policy and office leadership roles and more than a decade as a government relations professional and registered lobbyist. She helps clients develop and advance successful federal advocacy strategies, craft tailored advocacy materials and legislative communications, analyze federal legislation and regulations, oversee and execute multiperson Capitol Hill fly-ins, and guide clients with respect to Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 compliance.
Marie delivers comprehensive research analysis and statistical reports to present data-driven recommendations on healthcare trends, health policies, and information databases. She is deeply engaged in activities related to the development of CPT® code applications, the valuation of physician services through the American Medical Association Relative Value Scale Update Committee process, and the review and analysis of regulations and policies related to Medicare physician and other provider payments.
