WASHINGTON, DC (SEPTEMBER 9, 2024) – McDermott+, a national healthcare lobbying and policy consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Simeon Niles has joined as Director.

Prior to joining McDermott+, Simeon served as vice president at JPMorganChase, successfully designing and implementing accountable care solutions for JPMorganChase plan members and driving widespread adoption of value-based care models in employer-sponsored healthcare through strategic collaborations with payors, investors, and innovative and emerging providers. He previously held key positions at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where he played a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative multi-payor initiatives that reduced healthcare costs while improving patient outcomes. While at CMMI, he advised senior leadership on Medicare and Medicaid payment policies and spearheaded innovative programs that set the standard for value-based care.

Simeon also spends time as a lecturer at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. He has a JD and MPH from Emory University and received his BA from Hunter College.
