The US Health Resources and Services Administration today released its long-anticipated proposed guidance for the 340B program. The notice illuminates agency thinking around hospital eligibility, inclusion of outpatient facilities, enrollment and participation and GPO participation, among other topics. The proposed guidance will be open for public comment for 60 days following publication in the Federal Register.
