On November 1, 2017 the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) posted the CY 2018 Final Rule which included payment rates and policy changes to the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Payment System. These policy changes and payment rates are effective as of January 1, 2018.
